These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of chanceatfinance.com (the "Site") and any informational content, forms, quizzes, calculators, newsletters, emails, or scheduling tools provided by Chance Stevens ("I," "me," or "my"), a Mortgage Loan Originator licensed through American Family Funding, a division of American Pacific Mortgage Corporation ("AFF/APM," NMLS #1850). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Plain-English summary. This site is informational. Nothing here is a loan application, a pre-approval, or a commitment to lend. Any loan decisions are governed by separate disclosures and agreements you receive during a formal application with AFF/APM. Use the Site legally, don't misrepresent yourself, and understand that rates and programs change.

The Site provides informational and educational content related to mortgage financing, refinancing, new construction lending, and related real estate topics. The tools, forms, and quizzes on this Site are intended to help you understand options and communicate with me — they are not loan applications, pre-qualifications, or commitments to lend.

2. Licensing Disclosure

Chance Stevens is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in the State of California, NMLS ID #2529600, and a California Real Estate Salesperson, DRE #02245979. All mortgage services are offered through American Family Funding, a division of American Pacific Mortgage Corporation, NMLS #1850. You can verify licensing at nmlsconsumeraccess.org. Real estate brokerage services are provided through Santa Clarita New Home Center, Inc., CA DRE# 02227167, where Chance Stevens is a licensed salesperson (CA DRE# 02245979).
